Chikara Indian Subcontinent

Introduction to the fund

This high-conviction fund focuses exclusively on domestic India, taking advantage of the Indian growth opportunity. The managers ignore the large part of the Indian stock market which is not orientated to domestic India, such as pharmaceuticals, exporters and some industrial stocks, resulting in a portfolio of 25-30 companies. The team targets the companies with the biggest long-term domestic growth opportunities and the largest addressable markets, then hold these companies for the next 10-15 years.
