Jupiter UK Dynamic Equity

Formerly Jupiter UK Special Situations

Introduction to the fund

Alex and Stephanie took over this fund in October 2024 from Ben Whitmore. They have a value-conscious style, seeking companies that have been beaten up by the market but are on the path to sustainable positive change. Alex has provided some of the best long-term performance of any UK manager over the past 20 years and we are confident that he will continue to do so with this fund. Stephanie and Alex previously worked together at JOHCM. This fund was called Jupiter UK Special Situations..

Opinion on fund

The investment process follows a classical value approach and has been well executed by the experienced and skilled Alex Savvides. The Jupiter UK Dynamic Equity fund is highly stylistic in nature and the style will fall in and out of fashion as the business cycle evolves. While this style has had a period of difficulty, Alex has still managed to outperform his direct peers and therefore provides a lot to recommend, especially for those looking for a value-driven strategy.
