TERMS OF THE CASHBACK OFFER – Gresham House VCTs (formerly Mobeus)

1. You will receive a cash amount as a percentage of the amount you invest subject to these terms and conditions. The value of your cashback will be based on the amount you invest into the Gresham House VCTs only.

2. The offer applies to lump sum investments made into the Gresham House VCTs through Chelsea Financial Services for this share offer only. This offer does not apply to any other investments that you may choose to make through Chelsea Financial Services.

3. The offer is funded by Chelsea Financial Services. The cashback will not come from your own cash or investments. The offer will be available until Gresham House VCTs closes this share offer, however, we reserve the right to remove or suspend the offer if necessary, including for legal or regulatory reasons or otherwise, by posting a notice on our website. The Gresham House VCTs could also become fully subscribed before this date.

4. The cashback payment will be paid to you by BACs. Payment cannot be made to you in any other way and will be paid to the investor only. You will receive your cashback shortly after successfully applying and investing in the VCT.

5. We reserve the right to determine how the cashback is calculated. By submitting a qualifying application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this offer. These terms are governed by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

6. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
